You don't need to wonder when the experiences are right here. I would still encourage you to stay in touch with how our global neighbors are doing.
These posters were a smaller project, but one I think is important.
I wanted to help others realize that the problem was not a whole demographic, but a subset of specific people. Understanding and empathy goes beyond one's country borders. With so much availability to first-hand experiences, I wanted to share a few videos from citizens' whose voices deserved to be heard.
My intention is not to capitalize on anything, but to amplify the voices that are already out there. To work against the microaggressions that were popping up in our community. To show that you would be surprised how far away sentiments similar to your own can pop up and remain steadfast.
It doesn't stop at regular Russians backing Ukraine.
